East Green Farm Cottages is an ideal location for group bookings for either weekend breaks or longer week stays. The cottages are extremely popular with large groups of families, friends or business groups that want the privacy of their own cottages while eating and socialising together in the party barn.

We have hosted everything from Christmas and New year get togethers, business seminars, charity events  to 90th birthday parties and can advice on caterers, local activities, bike hire, provide baby sitters and help in any way to make your special occasion or even a casual weekend away with friends memorable and special.

Lots of catering options

Some groups prefer to self- cater and others to have one special meal or BBQ cooked by a chef or we can advice in booking a local restaurant or perfect pub for your group.

As the cottages are not large enough to cater for large groups, we offer the party barn to eat, cook and socialise in. The small barn will seat up to 28 people, it has its own kitchen and toilet with expansive terrace doors opening on to the garden and a covered veranda. The Party Barn is fully equipped with everything from crockery to tables and chairs.
